8. Balloon and Flower Decoration Services

The following conditions apply:

• The design, materials, dimensions, inclusions and service charges will be based on the product listing, accepted quotation or confirmed order.
• Customers must provide accurate venue details, event date, preferred service time and relevant access information.
• Venue access, setup permissions, electricity, parking and other arrangements may need to be coordinated in advance.

• Any additional work, extra materials, venue-related charges or changes requested after confirmation may involve additional charges, which will be communicated for approval where applicable.
• Customers must ensure that the venue permits the agreed decoration and that the installation area is reasonably accessible and safe.

The customer should notify us promptly of any proposed changes to the event date, venue, design or setup requirements. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility will be governed by the applicable policy and the confirmed service terms.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on Bloomboxs.in.

Fresh flowers, cakes and other made-to-order or perishable products may be subject to specific cancellation restrictions because they may be prepared or procured specifically for an order.

Decoration services may have different cancellation terms depending on the time remaining before the scheduled event and any costs already incurred.

Where applicable, the following general decoration cancellation schedule may apply, subject to the confirmed booking terms and applicable law:

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: eligible for a full refund.
• Between 6 and 24 hours before the scheduled service: eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before the scheduled service: ordinarily not eligible for cancellation refunds where preparation or costs have already been incurred, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

If Bloomboxs cancels an order or is unable to fulfil a paid order, the customer will be informed and an appropriate refund or alternative resolution will be offered in accordance with applicable law.

Eligible refunds will generally be initiated through the original payment method, where feasible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider and banking system.
