Delivery Terms & Conditions (Simplified Explanation)
Fixed Time Deliveries
We make every effort to deliver your order within the selected time slot. However, due to practical reasons, delivery may occur up to 60 minutes later or 45 minutes earlier than the chosen time.
Delivery Through Courier Partners
If your order is shipped using a courier or third-party delivery service:

Delivery will be handled by the courier company and will be governed by their terms and conditions

The delivery date shown is only an estimated date

Orders may be delivered one day earlier or one day later than the selected date

Delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and the delivery location.
Courier partners do not call before delivery, so please ensure someone is available at the provided address. Address changes or redirection are not allowed once the order is shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order. Delays may occur due to strikes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If the recipient is unavailable, delivery will be attempted twice. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, the order will be considered delivered.
Deemed Delivery for Courier Orders
An order will be treated as successfully delivered if:

The recipient is unavailable

The premises are locked

The recipient refuses to accept the delivery
In such cases, no refund or re-delivery will be provided.
Delivery to Hospitals
We can deliver to hospitals, but please provide complete details including:

Hospital name and full address

Hospital contact number

Recipient’s name

Room number or ward
Deliveries will follow hospital rules. Many hospitals do not allow delivery to individual rooms, and ICU patients may not be permitted to receive flowers. Please confirm hospital policies before placing the order.
Delivery to Hotels
For hotel deliveries, please share:

Hotel name and full address

Recipient and hotel contact numbers

Recipient’s name and room number

Tour company name (if applicable)
If the recipient has not checked in, the order will be left at the reception and considered delivered.
If the recipient has already checked out, the order will still be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued.
Delivery to Wedding Halls / Marriage Venues
We may not always be able to deliver directly to the bride or groom. Please provide details of an alternate recipient.
If that person is unavailable, the order will be handed over to a family member.
Delivery to Hostels / PGs / Cantonment / Secured Premises
Please provide:

Name and full address of the premises

Recipient and premises contact numbers

Recipient’s name and room number
The recipient must collect the order at the gate or arrange for someone else to receive it.
The order may also be handed over to security or reception and will then be considered delivered.
Delivery to Remote Locations
Orders are delivered only to locations listed in our service areas.
Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed in remote towns.
Flowers, cakes, and perishable items are sourced locally. Availability may be limited in certain locations.
Deliveries are not made on national holidays. Orders may be rescheduled due to natural disasters, strikes, traffic restrictions, festivals, elections, or similar events.
Locations Where Delivery Is Not Available
We do not deliver to:

Deemed Delivery (All Orders)
Bloomboxs.in will attempt delivery only once for most orders.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, locked premises, or refusal, the order will be treated as delivered.
To maintain surprise deliveries, we usually do not contact the recipient. Customers may guide the delivery person to leave the order at the gate, reception, or with a neighbor.
No cancellation, refund, or modification will be allowed in such cases. Please ensure recipient details and availability before ordering.
Proof of Delivery
On successful delivery, the recipient may be asked to acknowledge receipt.
If the recipient refuses to accept the order or provide acknowledgment, the delivery confirmation email from Bloomboxs.in will be treated as valid proof of delivery in case of disputes.
