At Boomboxs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may raise a complaint as outlined below.
Reporting an Issue

Any damaged, defective, or wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please contact our customer support team with clear images of the delivered product

Our team may request additional details to verify the issue
Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Resolution Options
Once your complaint is verified, you may choose one of the following options:

Re-delivery of the product, or
-
Refund in the form of a gift certificate, processed within 24 hours, or
-
Refund to the original payment method, which will reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, subject to standard banking timelines
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the sender

Recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery

Product quality issues caused due to improper handling after delivery

Perishable items such as flowers, plants, cakes, sweets, or similar products once delivered successfully
Important Notes

Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery; requests beyond this timeframe cannot be processed

Complaints related to non-delivery must be reported within 15 days from the delivery date

For quality verification, a reverse pickup may be arranged before a replacement or re-delivery is approved

Product exchanges are not offered under any circumstances

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, you will be notified and the amount for the undelivered items will be refunded
Refund Processing
Online refunds will be processed by Bloomboxs.in after confirmation via email or phone.
Once processed, the refund may take 10–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on standard banking procedures.
